Architect, BA (HONS), Real Estate Economist (ebs), is responsible for investment advisory, project development and real estate related consulting.
Ms. Alfs began her almost 20 years of experience as a project developer for two developments in London; she later managed a major project on behalf of Deutsche Bahn AG in Germany. This led her to portfolio consulting for private equity funds and the development and investment business from real estate management consulting to institutional cross-border investment business. She also held management positions at Accuracy and the real estate consultants DTZ, JLL and C&W. She was in charge of sale and lease back transactions as well as urban district development planning.
Her core competencies include the exploitation of value enhancement potential through developments as well as feasibility/utilisation and topping up concepts with accompanying scenario analyses.

Burkhard C. Plesser

 Managing Director

Real Estate Economist (ebs), Master/ Chartered Surveyor of RICS, is mainly responsible for investment advisory, project development and real estate related consulting.
Mr. Plesser has more than 30 years experience in senior positions at CBRE and JLL. Most recently he was Managing Director at CBRE and Head of Investment Frankfurt in the Capital Markets division.
His main areas of expertise are investment and strategy consulting for investors and companies as well as process control in buying and selling processes, sale and lease back and financing. Clients such as Philips Automotive, Allianz, Blackstone, Commerz Real etc. were among his clients. His wealth of ideas, experience and network make him a recognised "truffle pig".
