Burkhard C. Plesser MRICS, Real Estate Economist (ebs), Managing Director of MAP, is mainly responsible for the investment business of commercial real estate. During his 25 years of experience in the real estate industry he held managing positions at CBRE and JLL. Before founding MAP together with Rebecca Z. Alfs he acted as a Managing Director of CBRE and Head of Investment Frankfurt in the Capital Markets Group. His main competence is investment- and strategic consultancy and process mangement of acquisition- and divestment processes. Because of his creativity, experience and great network, he is perceived to be a recognized "truffel-pig".

Rebecca Z. Alfs, Architect, BA (HONS), Real Estate Economist (ebs), Managing Director of MAP, is responsible for the advisory on real estate investment/transaction management tasks with focus on national and international real estate portfolios. She started her career more than 15 years ago with real development projects in London (UK) as an entrepreneur. Via portfolio advisory services for private equity funds and corporates she became a specialist in the institutional cross-border investment business. During her career she also acted for the financial advisor Accuracy and the international real estate advisors DTZ, JLL and C&W. Her main competence is, identifying risks in portfolio/s, executing exit strategies and/or raising value of real estate (portfolio/s).
