Services

Competences

The experience of the team mainly lays in the acquisition and disposition of real estate investments, the strategic consultancy and the real estate analysis for buyers, sellers and corporates as well as the management of sales and acquisition mandates – including transaction- and process management.

Well-known references by the MD for accompanied transactions within the CBRE team in Frankfurt are e.g. the sale of Opernturm, Tower185 and WestendDuo.  

MAP acts performance orientated and –if the client requests for- very “quietly” under the radar stream of the real estate market. At the same time MAP is very well connected especially within the German real estate market and all it’s stakeholders, e.g. brokers, surveyors, investment companies, corporates, lawyers, tax- and financial advisors.
